Terms and conditions

In order to turn your reservation definitive we require a written confirmation by email, mail or fax.

We require your credit card information as a guarantee for your reservation. Your credit card will not be charged, if you have adhered to the cancellation policy.

All rates include service and VAT. The local city tax is not included.

Your room will be ready for you from 3 p.m. on the day of your arrival. We kindly ask that you vacate your room by 11 noon on the day of your departure.


Cancellation Terms & Conditions

Cancellation requests need to be received in writing by email, mail or fax.

Cancellation charges Winter

From 14 days prior to arrival 100% of your total stay.

Cancellation charges New Year’s period (23.12.2018 – 06.01.2019)

From October 31, 100% of the total price for the stay.

Cancellation charges Summer

From 2 days prior to arrival 100% of your total stay.

Bookings made with our early bird rate (non-refundable rate) cannot be cancelled.
(A travel insurance may protect you from these charges.)


Maximum room occupancy

Some double rooms can be booked for a maximum of three guests (adults and children).

Please note there are additional charges for extra beds.

Please enquire regarding bookings for four guests (adults and children).

Children and extra beds

Extra beds can not be booked online. They are only available upon request and must in all cases be confirmed by the hotel.

0 to 2 years: no extra charge for children in the bed provided or in an additional cot

3 to 8 years: CHF 20 per night and extra bed, including breakfast

9 to 12 years: CHF 65 per night and extra bed, including breakfast

13 years and older: CHF 95 per night and extra bed, including breakfast

Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.


Minimum stay

Please contact us by phone or mail, if in our online-reservation system are no rooms available in the requested period.
